Hello!
My path as an artist began in my early twenties, when my grandmother — who was always creating — gave me an oil painting set. At the time, I was studying marketing and very much on a practical track, but that gift planted a seed.
I experimented, paused, and returned to painting over the years. It wasn’t until I took an art class shortly after graduating that everything clicked. I learned I didn’t have to paint things — I could paint color, movement, and feeling. Abstract work took hold immediately. I showed my work publicly for the first time, sold a few pieces, and experienced that rare mix of pride and vulnerability that comes with being seen.
Life pulled me across four countries over the next sixteen years. Painting was my constant — a place of freedom and peace. Living abroad shaped how I see the world: oceans, sunsets, shifting landscapes, and blocks of color.
Now back in the U.S., my work is settling just like I am. Painting is how I process emotion, stay curious, and push my creative limits. When someone resonate with a piece, my mission is accomplished.
